1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be returned within 2 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All tags, seals, and original packaging must remain intact
• Items purchased during sale events or promotional offers may not be eligible for return (please check the specific product details)
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
Non-returnable for hygiene reasons:
• Earrings
• Jewelry items that come in direct contact with the skin
